If a product has a defect, or has been damaged, the product will be replaced free of charge. In such a case, please contact us within 30 days after delivery at fivetoclo@gmail.com so that we can help you.

Since each product is made for order, we can l not offer returns, order cancellations or exchanges for the wrong choice of designs, sizes, colors, etc.
